ProPresenter: May 2023-December 2023

A big change Emily Turner experienced while live-streaming at Incarnation Lutheran Church was the change from using PowerPoint to ProPresenter. Having one livestream operator present a singular set of graphics programmed for two different audiences instead of presenting two separate sets of graphics greatly improved the ability to present during worship services. It was a challenge to train both the techs and the whole worship team staff in on the new software, but she created a series of tutorial videos, held a multiple training sessions and managed to train the majority of staff within a month of the switch. The switch was well worth the work after seeing how clean and consistent the presentations look especially after the worship team transitioned to a more effective, proactive workflow.
